How to Request Deletion

What Happens Next

  3. Once verified, we will delete the requested data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.
  4. We will send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Facebook / Instagram Data

If you have interacted with Tri-Lakes through Facebook or Instagram, we will delete any data we have obtained through Meta APIs upon your request. For data held directly by Meta (Facebook/Instagram), you will need to manage your data through your Facebook Settings or Instagram Privacy Settings.

Limitations

We may retain certain data where required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records for active service accounts), or to resolve disputes. In such cases, we will inform you of the reason and the expected retention period.
